Looking for a mentor means finding someone who's experiences or more knowledgeable than us so we can grow as a person. Mentoring is a topic most of us have heard about but don't really know much about. Leading to question like; How do I choose a mentor? Could my mentor be my boss?  How do I find a mentor outside of my company?

Jennifer Browning Holmes has spent 25 years in Corporate Am erica beginning her corporate career in 1987 working for Herman Miller Inc., a Fortune 500 Company. In 2010, Jennifer founded Integrating Woman Leaders, Inc.  In early 2011, she launched a subsidiary consulting firm, Integrating Corporate Leaders, which specializes in growing companies, turning around underperforming teams, and building new teams.  ICL offers Professional Development, Team Building, Behavior and Communication Skill Development training along with Executive Coaching.

Our evening will kick off at 5:30pm at the Rathskeller Restaurant in downtown Indianapolis on November 1st with hors d'oeuvres and networking with your fellow Hoosiers. Around 6:30pm Jennifer will share her mentoring experience with you and give you an opportunity to ask questions.
